Dr. Shaina Nolley, DC, ACN, FMACP
Doctor of Chiropractic, Applied Clinical Nutritionist, Functional Medicine Academy Certified Practitioner
Hi, I’m Dr. Shaina Nolley!
I grew up in southern Indiana and later moved to Chicago, where I played collegiate tennis and earned my B.A. in Music Business. My early years were filled with creativity and movement; from art, music, and dance to theater and tennis. Chicago became home for eight years, and yes, I’m still a loyal Chicago sports fan.
My journey into chiropractic began after navigating my own health challenges. Experiencing how transformative this kind of care could be inspired me to move to the Bay Area to pursue my Doctorate at Life Chiropractic College West. I graduated with honors, immersing myself in as many techniques as possible; and it was there that I also discovered my passion for functional medicine. To me, combining chiropractic and functional medicine felt like a natural harmony: supporting the nervous system while addressing the root causes of health challenges.
This work is deeply personal to me. As a first-generation student, I saw how the standard American diet and conventional care model failed my family; leaving many without real solutions to reclaim their health. Those experiences gave me a clear mission: to create a different kind of care. One that educates, empowers, and supports people in rewriting their health story.
Today, I partner with patients to help them understand their bodies, reconnect with their health, and build a strong foundation for the future they want. My approach is compassionate, personalized, and rooted in the belief that everyone has the power to change the trajectory of their well-being.
Education:

Dr. Saira Burney, DC
Pediatric and Family Chiropractor
Hi there!
I’m Dr. Saira. I was born in Colombia (para mi comunidad Latina, todos bienvenidos!) and moved to the States with my family when I was 8 years old. I have lived in a lot of places, but I consider Houston my home. During my undergraduate studies at the University of Houston, I started to develop a lot of digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, crippling anxiety, brain fog, the list goes on. Pretty much, I was a mess! I saw specialist after specialist and no one could tell me what was going on. They just prescribed me a number of pills and sent me home. I refused to accept this as my destiny and looked for further answers.
I came across chiropractic through a video online where I learned how the nervous system plays a vital role in how our bodies function everyday, and how chiropractic adjustments help balance our nervous system. After watching video after video and seeing patient testimonials online, it made too much sense to not give it a try! After a few months of consistent care I saw an incredible change in my body. No more anxiety or brain fog, my digestion got stronger, and even my hormonal levels weren't in a state of stress anymore. I was in complete amazement! I then realized that this was my calling and I enrolled at Life Chiropractic College West in the hopes of being able to help someone like chiropractic helped me.
My goal is to educate people on how chiropractic can not only help with ache's and pains, but ensures that our body's nervous system is able to relax, heal, and adapt. All which are vitally important in order for us to feel healthy and stay healthy. By that, I mean sleep better, move better, have more energy, feel stronger, do the things you love without having your health holding you back. I refused to believe that medication was the only thing that was going to help me get better again, and I want to help other's know that they can explore more holistic and safer options before resulting to medical intervention.

Amanda Hilbig
Patient Care Advocate
Hey there Caim family!
My name is Amanda and I’m originally from the PNW, born in Portland Oregon, raised along the outskirts of the city (Troutdale area). My father’s career with American Airlines brought me, my older sister, and my parents down to Texas when I was an early teenager and we’ve been a Texas resident ever since.
I found my love and passion for Chiropractic 10 years ago when I took on a new job as a Chiropractic Assistant/Tech at a small town office, from there I new my life would be forever changed. I’ve experienced what it is like to bring a new life into this world under Chiropractic care, and also have had the wonderful experience of my children regularly adjusted (daughter since birth). This experience only ignited my love and passion for the profession.
When I’m not sharing my love for Chiropractic with the world you will often find me with my family out in Red Rock Texas on our large piece of family land. I also love hiking, fishing, and try to get back up to my home state any chance I can get (GO DUCKS!).
I truly can’t wait to meet each and every one of you in the office, and am happy to be a part of your own Chiropractic journey.
Maggie Fortune, INHC
Functional Medicine Growth & Education Coordinator
Hi, I’m Maggie Fortune!
I’m a born and raised Chicagoan with a passion for holistic health and wellness. I attended the University of Illinois, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and graduated with honors.
While earning my degree, I initially followed a traditional allopathic medicine path. The more I learned, the more I found myself asking questions that went beyond simply treating symptoms. I became fascinated by the role that nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and lifestyle play in the bigger picture of health. This interest led me to begin leading nutrition and lifestyle workshops to support underserved patient populations and communities.
That experience ultimately inspired me to pursue my Health Coaching certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Today, I focus on helping patients and communities take charge of the lifestyle factors that can shape their long term health and well being.
My goal is to empower people with practical, evidence informed strategies that help them build healthier habits, feel their best, and take an active role in their health. My approach is rooted in the belief that lasting change happens when we work with the body rather than against it, by listening to its signals, understanding what it needs, and creating an environment where healthy choices feel sustainable and achievable.
In my spare time, I find balance through yoga, dance classes, and long walks in nature. But my favorite moments are the ones spent with my family and friends.
What our Patients are saying
"I have been a patient at CaimChiropractic since they first opened, and I truly appreciate their care, compassion, knowledge, and personalized attention.
I’ve dealt with several injuries and knee surgery, and instead of always following the same routine, they adapt each adjustment to my body’s specific needs.
Two additional highlights: you can complement your chiropractic treatments with functional medicine provided by Dr. Shaina. Also, if your English is limited, Dr. Saira is fully bilingual in Spanish, which makes communication much easier.
Don’t waste your time and money elsewhere, visit Caim Chiropractic soon!"
- Ariel D.
"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Saira Burney and the team at Caim Chiropractic + Functional Medicine. Throughout my pregnancy, Dr. Burney played a huge role in helping me stay comfortable and active, and honestly helped me survive pregnancy with minimal pain.
From the very first visit, she took the time to listen, understand my concerns, and create a treatment plan tailored specifically to me. Unlike many healthcare providers who rush through appointments, Dr. Burney is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and truly patient-focused. She makes you feel heard, valued, and cared for every step of the way.
As my pregnancy progressed and my body changed, her adjustments and guidance provided tremendous relief from the aches, pains, and discomforts that come with carrying a baby. I always left feeling better than when I arrived.
What sets Dr. Burney apart is her genuine commitment to her patients’ well-being. She takes a holistic approach, explains everything thoroughly, and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident in your care.
I recommend her to every expecting mom I know and genuinely could not rave about her more. The care I received was exceptional, and because of the trust I’ve built with her, I’ll absolutely be bringing my baby to see her as well.
If you’re looking for a chiropractor who is knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and truly invested in your health, Dr. Saira Burney is the best of the best."

"After years of bouncing between conventional doctors and specialists with little to show for it, I finally made the switch to functional medicine and it genuinely changed my life. From my very first appointment with Dr. Shaina, I felt heard in a way I never had before. She looks at you as a whole person (not just a symptom to treat) and takes the time to actually explain what's going on, why it's happening, and how to address the root cause.
If you've been spinning your wheels with traditional medicine and still don't have answers, I can't recommend Caim enough!"
